Segmentation Booklet – Smart Energy GB

🧩 My Role: Multimedia Design Manager
😊 Client Detail: In-house project for Smart Energy GB, the national campaign for smart meters across Great Britain
🎨 Deliverables: 104pp printed asset with infographic-led layouts
🛠️ Software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

🎯 Objective / Target Audience:
Create a clear, engaging printed reference guide to present audience segmentation data to internal staff and external stakeholders, helping readers understand and target the seven key consumer attitude groups across the UK.
✨ Approach:

Developed an intuitive visual system using colour-coding, icons, and structured infographics to differentiate each segment.
📈 Outcome:

Produced a professional, easy-to-navigate reference tool that became a staple resource across marketing and insight teams, informing campaign strategy and creative direction.
🤩 Interesting Project Feature:

Included two fold-out sections, a front cover allowing users to navigate all seven audience segments at once, and a double fold-out spread displaying each segment’s key information side by side for quick, intuitive comparison.

The key important pieces of segmentation at a glance so the user can easily compare and contrast.
